6. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store payment card information.

6.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation fees and refund eligibility are determined by the timing of cancellation relative to the scheduled appointment:

• 24+ Hours Before Appointment: Full refund - no cancellation fees apply
• 2-24 Hours Before Appointment: 50% refund - 50% cancellation fee applied
• Less Than 2 Hours Before Appointment: No refund - 100% cancellation fee (full payment forfeited)
• Within 5 Minutes of Booking: Free cancellation grace period - full refund regardless of timing
• Rescheduling: Free rescheduling available until notary departs for appointment location

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. This policy ensures fair compensation for notaries while providing reasonable cancellation flexibility for customers.

• Automatic Deletion: All documents are permanently deleted after 48 hours
